New Do For Maicel

I have been slacking on posting lately, which doesn't really help any of my to-do list. And with the holidays right around the corner, gotta finish the last Christmas shopping.

I got Christmas Eve off. Really helps when I have to clean my house before company comes over on Friday.

Anyway, Motherhood... The Whole Nine Yards... Maicel's other blog. If you can remember, I gave Maicel's Simple Delights blog a new do and about a weeek ago she asked me to give her other blog a new makeover too. And so I have.

She's So Not Domestic

Lazy Housewife as she call herself found my design through Hip Mama Blog. So she contacted me and told me she wanted a new design for her website. I was so flattered, as always, to be trusted with the design.

She likes pink and kind of a retro wife on the header. After a night of thinking, I finally got it together. If you're curious, I always use a graphic and get my inspiration from that graphic and combine that from the client's requests then work it around.

So here is her new do...

Her Barefoot Journey

I've done Mira's My Barefoot Journey new design about a week ago. I have been meaning to post this but it has been in one of my to-do pile. I don't think that pile is going down at all. Deep sigh.

She wanted something more of monotone. More blue and a bit of accent colors here and there. She has one boy and I found a perfect graphic that fit to what she's looking for.

So here's what I've done.

Account Exceeded

Yes! I did! With Photobucket that is.

I had an email this morning from one of my client saying her site went totally crazy and can't see anything except logo from Photobucket saying my account exceeded beyond the free account. So I had to upgrade.

To all of you, my apologies. I would freak out too if open my site and can't see anything. It should be fixed now and running good. I'll work on keeping it that way.

Ok, back to work.

Hip Mamas Blog's New Head

I have posts piling up no me so I got to start posting them. Aside from working on a design, my house chores which never seem to pile down and taking care of my child and husband, I can only try to keep up. Aren't we all challenged?

Jocelyn of Hip Mama's Blog asked me to make her a new header. After two tries I finally got what she wanted. Something new, something different, something hip.

I Feel So Stupid!

I am in the IT world, I should know better.

Well, with my constant hop from one website to the next and not paying attention to what exactly I’m doing. I wasn’t reading and a window popped up saying it was an update, I don’t what I was thinking, I clicked the darn thing and there it was my computer was flooded with virus. *&^%$#@%%!!!

I’m spending hours on something I shouldn’t have and just wasted my time. What is wrong with you Cathy? You should have known better, I told myself now like a hundred times.
So here I am working on different computer hoping my computer will be done reimaging itself here in a couple of minutes. Now I have to start over. *&^%$#%@!!!!

Ugh. Deep sigh.

So friends, hang tight.

Quick Update

Ok, I'm trying to keep up with my list and my inbox that seems to overflow each time I open it. If my inbox could talk, it's probably screaming and cursing at me at the same time. What can I do? Some emails just have to wait :(

Anyway, here's a new layout I made for Marie. She decided to have fresh makeover on her My Online Paradise blog. She loves a scrapbooking style and some pink and green for the colors. Here's what I came up with.
